Wine Dinner with Chateau Pommard
Join us on Tuesday, May 7th at 6:30 PM for a 6 course dinner pairing with the elegant wines of Burgundy's Chateau Pommard.
Enjoy a special menu in our upstairs parlor. Preston Mohr, the Wine Advisor from Chateau Pommard, will be present to discuss the history of winemaking in the region. Royal Boucherie's Chef Steve Forte will prepare the special menu.

On Thursday, May 30th at 6 or 8 PM, join Chef Nicholas Elmi as he prepares for you a 6 course dinner from our raw bar.
Seats are $100, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and include beer, wine, and a hot entree from our kitchen. Chef will show you how to shuck & prepare some of our raw bar specialties & answer all your questions along the way.

Butcher at the Boucherie!
Ever wonder how your sausage is made? On Thursday, June 6th, Chef Nicholas Elmi will hold a pig butchering demonstration in our private parlor. Watch the incredible process of whole animal butchery as Chef Elmi breaks down an entire pig, providing tips along the way.
